What do you envision their greatest characteristic to be? Their
worst? Some psychics are flakey
and unstable – that would have to be the worst part. Who could listen to anyone
who's been diagnosed with a mental or personality disorder?
Choose three of the
following and tell us what your creature would do with them, make out of them,
use them for or what reaction they would have to them: an apple, an gemstone, a
silver chain, a fish, a rat, a deer, a toad, a piece of pizza heavily dosed
with garlic, a flower, treasure belonging to someone else, fire, a spider, a
worm, a ball of string, a microphone and speakers, a wooden club, a mirror, a
book, a cemetery, a boat, a moonlight bonfire, a sunny afternoon, a walk
through the forest on an overcast day, a wooden stick, a Popsicle, a broom, a
tree, a lost person, a baby, a body of water, a cross, a cage, wolfs bane, a
rock, a rubber band, a chicken, a rabbit, a cave, rope, or a piece of candy.
1.
A mirror makes
for a great scrying tool and often for seeing reflections of oneself that we
keep hidden.
2.
A silver chain
could be used for finding the owner of the chain or used as a focal point for
meditation and subsequent astral travel or healing
3.
A rock a stick
and a gemstone could all be used as grounding points. Something a person
carries to help them ascertain the reality they are in and help to bring them
home!
What scares you? Going
insane or being lost in the ethers.
What type of candy would you be apt to grab? Give out for
Halloween? Huh – always
chocolate!
What do you think is the most mis-construed idea about psychics? That they know anything for
sure. They often know a lot about something – maybe – but rarely is that
information easily understood or locked down as truth.
What is a least known trait about them? Their skills evolve with
usage! What they used to do versus what they might be able to do can be quite
different over time.
What is your favorite type of monster to write about? Read
about? I love to read about the monsters inside of each of us. Of what we are capable of in the
worst scenarios life throws at you – good and bad.
Thank you Dale, for taking part! :-) I have to confess that I fell in love with her vampires and I haven't had the chance to read all of her other books yet. :-( In addition to the ones that I've listed, she has many non paranormal books as well.

ReplyDeleteand yes sometimes teh bigger monsters in inside of us ( the best too thankfully)
The scariest monsters to me are people. What humans are capable of frightens me more than anything I've ever read about. So I totally love your answer for that.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the interview and more insight into psychics!
