My Thoughts:

A Leopard's Path is part of the Ashwood Falls series though it can stand alone quite well. There were a few times that I would have liked to know more about certain situations that happened in previous books but I managed to read this just fine. It proved to be incentive to want to go back and read all the of the other books. ;-)

This book features Kieran a mysterious and seriously Alpha male and Ana a woman who is reeling from just learning that what she knew as truth for all of her life was lies. Ana was a very strong character yet she was written well. She came off as very real with many thoughts and feelings that anyone in that situation would be experiencing

The characters were compelling and easily grew on me as I said, I now need to go back and get up to date with the other characters. I can't wait to get more in depth with Sable, her mate, and Nigel her son.

The pace was steady with some really exciting parts thrown in to keep us on our toes. There was some suspense, drama, magic, action, a great family dynamic, shifters, and danger as well.

If you like shifters, you should visit Ashwood Falls. :D

I received an ecopy from Barclay Publishing in exchange for my honest opinion. I thought it was captivating. Reading it was an involuntary action as it was so irresistible that I couldn't walk away until I knew what would happen.

  2. I really liked this one but I had issues with all the characters. It got to be too confusing. I think I would have liked it even better had I read the others. There are just too many different relationships and people going on for me to enjoy it without reading the rest of the series. That being said I did like it and it was an interesting world.
