Author Info

I write fun, flirty fiction, with feisty heroines and a bit of an edge. Writing romance is cool, because I get to wear pretty shoes instead of gumboots. I live in a mountain kingdom in Derbyshire, England, where my family and pets are kind enough to ignore the domestic chaos – happily, we’re in walking distance of a supermarket. I love hearts, flowers, happy endings, all things vintage, most things french. When I’m not on facebook, and can’t find an excuse for shopping, I’ll be walking, or gardening. On days when I want to be really scared, I ride a tandem.

My Thoughts:

How to Win a Guy in 10 Dates was a pretty quick read. There was a challenge set to see if playboy Ed Mitchum could last for more than one evening with a woman. The bet morphs into 10 dates with numerous stipulations that have to be met.

He takes the bet sure that it will make no difference in his life. That may have been true until he meets Millie Brown. She literally falls from the sky and because she's so not his type, Ed decides to play the mishap to his advantage.

This book had a lot of sass and some sweet moments. Both of the main characters have aversions to relationships because of issues in their past.

I received an ecopy of the book in exchange for my honest opinion. I enjoyed it. :-)
