April showers bring May flowers, I like to read for hours and hours!

Next to Fall, Spring is my favorite season. I love the pretty blooms and the bird songs that can be heard most mornings. :-)

It is still chilly some days and not extremely hot. Which means pants and a hoodie are just right!

That being said, I don't like the allergies that many suffer from. I have days where mine flare up too. I haven't figured out what I am allergic to. I am just thankful that they are not severe.

It is hard to read with swollen, itchy, watery eyes and a snuffy nose. With as often as I am caught reading (always), I would be super miserable if they acted up all the time.

Speaking of reading, I have been so happy with most of the books I've been reviewing lately! The only downfall to agreeing to review books, is that I don't have as much time to read the books that I've purchased or that are sitting on my shelf.

I don't know how to remedy this. I keep telling myself to cut back on my review books but then I'll get the chance to review another great sounding book and I agree. By the time I realize, my calender is full of reviews again.

What have you read lately or what are you waiting on?

If you are new to the Comment Incentive Giveaway, here is what you need to know. I love to talk about books. The best way for me to do that is to have someone to talk with. This is were you come in. The Rafflecopter below will be updated frequently with new posts. For every post you leave a comment on and enter into the Rafflecopter, you get one point. For every post that you are asked to share, you receive three points. When I say share, I mean on social media, like or share on Facebook, +1 on Google+, Tweet, pinterest, etc... you get the idea.

You can enter once a month or every day, as often as you like.

The prize is a book of your choice from those mentioned, featured, pictured, posted about by me in some way during the month of May. The prize will be awarded from TBD. Unless the winner prefers ebook format, then they may choose to receive it from Amazon or B&N.

The contest is open to all followers age thirteen and older provided The Book Depository ships to you.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them. :-)

  1. i've read no "Ifs and or Bears about it " and you were right i LOVED it. now it's true that i'm kind of in a reading slump but i will fight it^^
i love spring because of the flowers and yes the birds^^ here the weather was exceptionnal we nearly didn't have a wionter so everything is early and teh birds had a little misshap between babies time and worms time so butterly already when eegs are only there so they ask a lot of seeds which they normally do only when the weather is cold. But it's so great to see them come ( and check the flowers for the insects possible^^)

this year i decided to read more for pleasure so it means less reviews not that i had a lot of request before either but at least i don't think challenge before picking a book. I do understand yuour problem though and i don't really have a solutyion because you did find a lot of ^pearls lately which is fabulous and also help us discover them..... so as long as you take pleasure reading just do what you want, accept or decline or check your shelves ( after all i'm sure some of those reviewed lately would have arrived on your shelves one day or another) just be happy^^

    2. You are correct as usual. Many of the books that I review are ones that I have my eye on to purchase. You know how I feel about ebooks so I jump at the chance to get them for review instead of purchasing them.

  2. I'm having the same problem. I can't seem to say no to reviews! Some of them aren't ones I would normally pick either but I can't seem to tell authors no. :( So right now I'm trying to read those as fast as I can.
I do get to review the new Milly Taiden so I'm happy with that.

  3. Today is the first day in May that I received an email from you. I hope that whatever the problem was has corrected itself.
I am currently reading Rise of the Gryphon by Sherrilyn Kenyon and Dianna Love. It is part of the Belador series. If you have not read this series, I would recommend starting with Book 1 Blood Trinity.
