June Comment Incentive

I felt like adding some color. lol!

I wanted to tell you in advance, during the first two weeks of June, I may not be responding as much as I usually do. My children finish with school on June 6th. We have a tradition that on the last day of school, we pick them up at the bus stop and head to camp. Beacause this is meant to be quality family time, I won't be on the computer as much as usual. I'll probably only log on once or twice a day. I usually choose to do that when the boys go fishing. I don't go along because I am no help to them. I won't touch worms or fish and I am wary of being near that many people swinging hooks around.  This does not mean that your comments are not important to me or that I won't respond. It just might take me longer than usual to do so. I didn't want anyone to worry!

Although we don't actually go until the 6th. I am busy planning, shopping, and packing in reparation for our trip. Also, June 4th is a special day for me. :-) It is my 19th wedding anniversary!

I just wanted to apologize in advance if it takes me awhile to respond. Please don't let this stop you from commenting. The CIG will still be going strong. There are no changes this month! I may be entering some of the posts in advance though. I hope it doesn't cause too much confusion.

If you are new to this Incentive giveaway, you can find all of the deets here or if you have questions ask and we'll feel you in.

The winner of my Sweaty Nights giveaway was Sue S.. She chose Entwined With You. ;-)

Thank you for following. :-)

I especially appreciate those of you who take the time to comment regularly (the comment crew).

Good Luck!

    7. My Grandma was great but she died from cancer when I was in my early teens. I didn't appreciate her near as much as I should have.

    8. Mine actually passed last year. You would have loved her. She had a wicked sense of humor and loved to read romance books. :) You really do learn after their gone how much they impacted you. And no more sad you go have fun camping! :D

    1. lol! it isn't all that primitive. There are fully functional bathrooms (no outhouses here!) with showers and we have electric. The boys are happy. They ride their bikes, fish, and we go swimming. Add in the time spent around the campfire and I wouldn't trade it. It is peaceful (mostly) and very scenic. :D

I had the same reaction as you the first time my husband suggested it though!

Best wishes that all goes well for the wedding. I hope your daughter is as happy in her marriage as I am in mine. Everyone should be so blessed to have a wonderful marriage.

Your family tradition sounds wonderful! =D I hope you have a great time.

For a while, I've been wanting to do something similar but a little less rustic. ;-) It would be nice to rent a small cottage out in the country for a week or so, and to take hikes in the hills or ride bikes along the paths. =)
