I hope you are on Santa’s Nice List!
Here's a cookie that is unique. People either seem to really like it or really hate it. I happen to like it enough to share it with you. :-)
This is a picture of a different cookie but basically the cookies that my recipe yields will look like this except they contain marshmallows too.
Theese cookies don't have a title that I am aware of. We more or less have named them festive coconut balls. They are a no-bake cookie. :D
Ingredients:
1 lb. chopped nuts
1 lb. chopped dates
1 lb. small marshmallows (I use the pastel fruity ones)
1 lb. flaked coconut
3 c. graham crackers crumbs
2 cans warmed condensed milk
Extra graham cracker crumbs
Add all of the above ingredients together. Blend well. Form into small balls and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Store in covered container.
I am celebrating this hop with a giveaway of my own in addition to the Grand Prize giveaway that all of us participants have contributed to.
