February's Comment Incentive Giveaway!

Hats off to all of the fabulous Commenters for January!

Great job everyone. :-)

The MVC for January was Miki!

Now, on to February's Comment Incentive Giveaway.

The rules are the same. It is open to everyone 13 years of age or older provided you are a follower.

Obviously the more you comment on and share the posts, the better your chances of winning!

I must say that I am having even more issues with Rafflecopter. It appears that someone has hi-jacked my account or some other such nonsense. It will not let me log in and therefore I am using the other Giveaway form. I'm sorry to those of you who prefer Rafflecopter. In many ways I liked it better too. This is the closest I have found to it and beggars can't be choosy. Please bear with it.

That being said, I was unable to add yesterday's additional posts to the Rafflecopter. I've added them to the new Giveaway so that you get credit where credit is due!

Ready, Set, Comment!

What is the weather like where you live?

Thank you for commenting! Don't forget to enter the Comment Incentive Giveaway. The link can be found at the top of the page!

  1. Thank you so so much!!
Don't worry being selected MVC won't make me reduce my effort ^^ quite the opposite^^

    thank you once again!

i'm sorry rafflecopter was hacked, i understand better when the links wasn't added ( i thought that perhaps it was because we were the 31 and too close to the limit date) Did the rafflecopter support helped at least?

I don't mind this form, it give us the opportunity to see what we have entered already so it works for me^^ don't worry

    1. I am still in the process of trying again to get help. They keep telling me to do the same things over and over and they didn't work before and aren't working now.

I was never unable to log in before though! I asked them to log me in we shall see what happens!

  2. oups i forgot the questions ( i focused on what you wrote first^^;;) the weather.... rains rains yesterday it was 12 degres today only 5 ( and before it was minus 10) and they forecast lesser temperatures for the next day so today i will go back to cover my flowers before it freeze again ( i don't like when the weather make big hop like that i prefer when it's more gradual)

    1. Today our temperature is near 0. Two days ago it was almost 70. I wish Mother Nature would pick one or the other, preferably the warmer option. lol! :D

    2. 70 ..; i always forgot we don't use the same scale^^;;

    3. I didn't realize we used different scales! We use fahrenheit.

      Delete
    4. we use celsius ^^;; so to give you an idea in celsius the human body normal warm is 37°C not sure the equivalent for you but it looks like it's around 98°F

my 0 is equivalent of 30°F thus when i told you it was minus 10 for you it means around 15°F ( thank you wiki^^)

so it looks like we got the same trouble with large difference of temperature in a short span of days

I use the Celsius scale, too, Miki. I can never figure out what North Americans mean when they talk about the temperature in Fahrenheit! LOL!

It's just my bias, of course, but I also think that having temperature in a neat scale from 0 to 100, with 0 as the freezing point and 100 as the boiling point, makes it so much easier to understand! What do you think? =)

    6. ^^ for me too it seems simplier but i grew with that idea so for me it's normal

i also have a problem for the distance ( when it's not killometer, centimeter etc)sometimes or for following the recipe ( i use gramme, kilogrammes )

      Delete
    7. I agree completely! Using the same scale as you would make sense.

    8. Wow! We use different meaurements for recipes too.

      I guess I just don't think about it.lol!

  3. The weather is being unpredictable again. I live in the bi-polar state of Florida. It's currently warm outside, but tonite it'll drop to feel freezing cold.

  4. And I don't mind this form, though it is a bit harder to use than Rafflecopter for me, but it's cool. Hopefully I remember to enter all the comments on time this time.

First of all, congratulations to Miki! =D

Brenda: I also find this form harder to use than Rafflecopter, but that's likely because this is my first time using it. =) I had to learn to be comfortable with Rafflecopter as well, so I'm sure that I'll get used to this one soon. And since I'll be coming by every day to rack up entries, I'll have a lot of practice. ;-)

Commenting with you is an honor^^

    2. Thank you for being so understanding!

I sure hope you learn to like it.

I also hope that the Rafflecopter people will figure out what is going on and fix it!

Miki -- The feeling is mutual! =)

Brenda -- And I just realised that I forgot to answer the question! The weather here in Southeast Asia is pretty good. My colleagues in Europe moan in envy whenever we compare temperatures. I tell them to wait until summer, when they'll be sitting pretty and I'll be a boiled lobster! =P

    4. I guess the post was just so interesting that the question was unnecessary today. lol!

  6. Right now, the weather is Sunny and COLD (High of 30) with 10-15 mph winds (that feel like they are blowing off an ice-burg).

  7. Sorry about your rafflecopter getting hacked, that's frustrating. I don't mind using Giveaway Tools. I've used it before.
Weather? Sunny but still cold. I can't wait for spring to show up :)

  8. Maybe even summer! I just want to be warm...tired of cold :(

    1. I could definitely go for Summer. We just had weather near 70 degrees a couple days ago.

  9. Congrats Miki! And, I don't mind, either giveaway entry is fine with me. I hope you figure out Rafflecopeter if you prefer it. Weather her is extremely cold BRRR. We've been having scattered flurries the last couple of days. I'm ready for warmer weather, but can't complain about February too much since it's my birthday month! Hoping to get some good books here in a few weeks ;)

    1. I am so frustrated! They keep telling me to clean my cache and try a different browser. I've tried both options numerous times. I just want this problem resolved!

I am ready for warmer weather as it is really cold here as well.

Happy Birthday in advance! I hope you have a special day and get many good books. :)

    2. Thanks for the birthday wishes! I just received 9 books yesterday (not to mention the Kindle purchases LOL) so, yeah, it's been a good month so far! Problem now, is what to read first! Have Rush by Maya Banks, Ghost of a Chance by Kate Marsh (Katie MacAlister), My Zombie Valentine anthology, and Beautiful Disaster. I have two of Laurann Dohner's books and two of JR Wards BDB (in hardcover) to add to my bookshelves. *sigh* Thinking about a BDB re-read before Lover At Last is released.

    3. A BDB re-read sounds great!

I loved Beautiful Disaster. If you haven't already read it I would start with that one! That is one of the few books that I have in both Kindle and paperback format.

  10. Great weather here.. In the 70s.
But I'm still cold in morning & nights - I'm cold blooded!

  11. Hmm... my comment disappeared.
We have very nice weather. In the 70s today but I'm still cold when sun isn't out - I'm cold blooded (:

  12. I live in VA and our weather is crazy stupid here, just like you all are describing. One day it is 70-80 degrees, the next it's snowing. Our weather is always like this. During the winter, the weather never stays consistent so you can never get used to the cold!

I have a question. Is it okay if I can't comment on something the day you list it? Sometimes I can't check my email for days and I don't get to comment til a few days later. Can I still enter for a specific post if I comment a few days late?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yes! I actually listed most of the posts by their title this time instead of the date. I thought that would be less confusing!

You can get credit for each comment, up till the end of the month. Although I would prefer that you don't do them all on the last day. :-)

  13. Hey, I was looking at your top commentors gadget, and every time I comment, it counts down one instead of up one. Just thought I'd let you know.

  14. Thanks for the comment giveaway. I like this format but like the old raffle style better it was a bit easier to use.

  16. I think this is an awesome idea! Although I'm not a fan of the new entering format, I just don't like hooking up my twitter account to apps so I can't enter a lot of giveaways
