” From the moment I opened the book, I couldn’t close it until the last page. It’s a good guilty pleasure but it’s not you’re usual erotic novel, it’s full of witty characters, smart dialogues.. A great canvas of lust, empowerment for women, and sexual liberation (And great erotica…)”- Junnnne, Amazon Reviewer

My Thoughts:

Hmmm Where do I begin? Let me start by saying that I enjoyed the scenery. Jane traveled to many beautiful places and I felt like I was seeing those places through her eyes. I easy envisioned it because of the way Elieba so thoroughly described everything.

I could not connect with Jane because she freely slept around A LOT. She was not married or even in a relationship so I guess she was free to do that. That behavior is very popular with many people but I can't accept, understand, or overlook it. I believe that sex should happen only when two people are in love and in a relationship. It should mean something.

I especially had a hard time when she slept with a married man. That type of behavior is NOT okay. I would have stopped reading it if I hadn't agreed to do a review.

This book was very hot as I said there was a whole lot of action.

If you are looking for a book with lots of meaningless sex and beautiful scenery then you may like this book.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion. It was unfortunately, not my cup of tea.

I'd love to know what you're thinking. Please leave a comment!

  1. Not my cup of tea either... i think that sex must happen between two people sharing something special... yes she isn't in a relationship, yes a lot of people think it's fun to sleep around around but i don't share that idea so i couldn't connect with this kind of characther and yes that she also pick a married man is even worse.
perhaps it can seem good to see this from a woman perspective since it's often done by male but for me it's still an errtor so not for me either

    1. I knew you would agree with my outlook. I could not believe what I was reading! I tried to be fair.

    2. You were fair don't worry about it. Also you assembled a buch of followers that are here because we apprecite your honesty and share if not all at least a large part of your beliefs, tastes etc so it's for that we can't really be estatic with such a story but you did introduce it to us like you were expected so you did well/

( i admit i was glad we could answer one your question in teh interview because i really didn't know what to said to the author and i wasn't teh only one from what i read)

When you began with the line, "Let me start by saying I enjoyed the scenery," I braced myself for what you would have to say next . . . and soon learned that I was right to expect what was coming. =S

I don't agree with thinking of sex as an adventure, parallel to travel. A fellow human being is more than just an exotic delight to be explored for a few days and then tossed aside for the next. This is especially true when that human being is also married and a third person (perhaps even children) could get hurt.

I understand why you didn't want to review this one, but of course you had to honour your promise.

  3. Yea I think I'll prolly pass on this one. I never could relate to people who are so free with themselves. I mean I get you know pleasure and all that but for me personally I want some kind of connection besides attraction. I dont get the whole one night stand thing. I have a few friends who've done it and it just kinda boggles me. :/
