Book Description:
Sometimes who we really are lies buried just beneath the surface…
After learning she’s inherited a house in the beachside town of Soul Harbor, Georgia, Addison Harmon and her best friend decided to take a much needed vacation before the pressures of life after high school suffocate them too heavily.
But what Addison finds isn’t a chance to recoup from a bad break up and hang out with her best friend while she decides what she wants to do with her future. What she finds is Kace Sullivan—a sexy guy she can’t seem to get enough of—someone who with one touch reveals a seductive world full of magick and secrets Addison isn’t sure she’s ready to be a part of.

ReplyDeleteIt's definitely eye-catching! But the model looks a little snobby. =P Is she supposed to be Addison?
I'm not sure. Great question as usual!
DeleteI thought she seemed lost in the moment, I didn't really get the snobby vibe.
Either way I like it. :-)
Yes she is supposed to be Addison.
DeleteI aggree whole heartly with Enbrethiliel... i love the cover but the model seems arrogant, snobby not sure i like her.
ReplyDeletethe premises are interesting though^^, you did made me curious one again
Yeah, I'm interested in this one too. I read two of Jennifer's other books, Marked and Changed and really liked them. I'm guessing that I'll like this one too when I get a chance to read it, I'll let you know. :-)
Deletei haven't read anything by her yet but i will wait for your insightful opinion as always^^
DeleteI don't know about being insightful, but I try to be honest and I do hope that I am helpful. :D
DeleteBrenda, thank you for being a part of the reveal! I'm glad you guys like the cover! The model is supposed to be Addison...she's not as snobby as she might appear to look on the cover. Ekkk!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome. :-) It is my pleasure!
DeleteThank you for letting us know that the model represents Addison.
She doesn't seem snobby to me. :-)
Very cool!

Agreed!
DeleteI think the cover looks great. Fire seems to be a big design element recently and does add a nice affect. The model does appear pretty intense, not sure I would categorize her as snobby, but definitely not friendly. I think I'll stick with the "intense" descriptor, because I have to like a character to be able to read their story :D
ReplyDeleteI do like the premise. Will look forward to Brenda's review. Good luck with the upcoming release.
I love this cover and the description of this book. I am curious as to what type of paranormal is going to take place in this book? The description hints at Magic and the cover of the book obviously is covered in flames so it's intriguing. I don't think the girl on the cover looks snobby though, I got the impression from it that there is more to her but she does give off that uninterested look so it's like she doesn't want you to know her secrets.
ReplyDeleteOr maybe I had too much coffee this morning and am over analyzing everything, LOL. Either way I think the cover is beautiful.
I agree Dione. :-)
ReplyDeleteVery eye catching cover. Love the flames!
