Summer Reads Giveaway Hop

I love to read. To me, the season doesn't matter but there is something about reading in the summer. My family and I frequently go camping. As a matter of fact, we are camping right now. I read on the beach, by the camp fire, in the hammock, or on a blanket. I read many different genres depending on my mood.

Do you have a certain type of book that you prefer to read in the summer? I like them all except for horror and historical!

My giveaway is the winner's choice (up to $15) from The Book Depository. It is open to all followers age thirteen and older providing TBD ships to you.

    I´ve got a TBR list a mile long, =) don´t know what I´d pick.. My fav summer read is anything with a HEA, an Alpha male and smutty fluff.

    Hum let see there isn't a specific kind of books that i read in summer but i will perhaps read more series so i usually have more reading time ( though so far it hasn't been the case)... i will probably stay in favourite genre like urban fantasy, paranormal romance, fantasy or romantic suspense but i could also try something if i have the time and my mood leands me to that book
    summer reads are more "want" read that must read i guess^^ so my heart choose first

    i don't know what i would pick if i won perhaps razor traitorous heart^^;; has he caught my attention or a book from my wishlist i really will see

    I have read The Thunder Point series by Robyn Carr and her newest release The Promise is one I plan on reading, I also read other types, like Historical fiction . Believe me I have tons of TBR books waiting to be read.

    Not really, no. I do like reading summery contemporaries, but I'm mostly a reader who just picks up books depending on my mood. :)

    I can't really say that one genre or type draws me just because its summer. So pretty much whatever catches my fancy at the time. :) and I have no clue what I'd pick. You know I have that never ending list. ;)

    I read my usual in the summer, which is PNR/urban fantasy and historical romance. I'd like to win Ilona Andrews' Magic Breaks.

      Magic Breaks is hight on the wishlist for a lot of books lover, i'm just sad that it's only hardcover for now ( it would clash on my shelves)

    I usually prefer contemporary romances if I go to the beach. I recently read Wallbanger by Alice Clayton and it was a lot of fun. Thanks for the giveaway!

    I love reading fantasy books, especially the really long series. I think its because its the rainy season here so the cold weather is perfect to cuddle with a large book. Thank you for the giveaway, enjoy your day. :)

    My reading habits don't really change in the summer. I read mainly dystopian and paranormal with a dash of YA contemporary and some literary fiction.

    I don't read anything different then i would any other time of the year, I just like a good book, my favorite is a good paranomal with some action, romance, and suspence. Like the black dagger brother hood, series. The book I want is the new Sherrilyn Kennyon book that just came out. thank you so much
