Clear My Shelf Giveaway!

Thank you Mary from Bookhounds and Kathy from I am a Reader for organizing this hop. :-)

This giveaway is US/Canada only due to shipping. Sorry International followers but as these are books from my shelf and not bought from TBD, shipping can be too much. :-(  I'm trying to clean up not go broke.

This giveaway is open to followers age 17 and older as the books I am offering are romances with some sizzle. ;-)

I will email the winner and they will have 48 hours to respond.

To enter fill out the Rafflecopter below.

What can you win? One of the books pictured below:

Blurb:

"Texas Cattleman's Club Rule #3: Do the Right Thing"With no warning, Mitch Hayward's superefficient, self-effacing assistant has done a complete 180--becoming captivating before his very eyes. And on one very special night, the interim club president gives in to this brand-new temptation. Instinct takes control.

But protecting Jenny Watson's heart from his own bachelor ways is the only right thing to do. If he has to, he'll even set up the lovely Jenny with someone more suited to her hearth-and-home desires. And then he'll pretend that he's not jealous of her every look, her every touch

Blurb:

From a winning voice in fiction -- the author of My Favorite Mistake and Exes and Ohs -- comes a romantic comedy that will have you in stitches.

She's late for her life...

Becca Davis has always played it safe -- denying her passion for fashion design in a dead-end job and letting her pragmatic boyfriend (mastermind of the "Kevin Bradley Ten-Year Plan") make the tough decisions in life. Stunned into saying yes when Mr. Predictable springs a surprise proposal on her, Becca realizes that she's running out of time to turn her life around. She's only got one more chance to chase her dreams and no one -- not her control freak fiancé, not her dramaholic sisters, not her overprotective parents -- will talk her out of it.

He's right on time.

Terrified but determined, Becca breaks off her engagement, moves in with her sister in Los Angeles, and prepares to take the fashion world by storm. The reality of the Hollywood scene is much harsher than she anticipated -- lots of slamming doors, snooty clients, and double-crossing celebrity stylists -- but she won't give up. And while she's waiting for her big break, she meets Connor, a sexy risk-taker who's the polar opposite of her ex-fiancé. Is Becca ready for his all-or-nothing approach to love? With her design business taking off and her family starting to fall apart, she's about to learn the timeliest lesson of all: Love and fashion wait for no woman.

Blurb:

Undercover DEA agent Fallon Hargis can handle a nine-millimeter and take down a drug cartel. But nothing in her training has prepared her for ssexy Wade Tanner and Two Creeks, Texas. Hiding out in the rinky-dinky town is a necessity until she can discover who betrayed her at the agency. But people who don't lock their doors? Who bake pies and tell you to have a nice day? That's torture. And having seductive, caring Wade melting her armor one kiss at a time? Sublime torture! Wade Tanner has had enough of living life on the edge. That's why he quit the detective life to become sheriff of this sleepy town. Now suddenly there's this bold, brassy, sexy, and unbelievably exciting woman luring him out of his comfort zone and into a life of chaos he didn't realize he missed. But what will it take to get her to trust him...to show her what a man who cares can really do for her? As the threat grows and danger narrows in, a tough-as-nails agent and a sly, unwavering sheriff are about to get in over their heads-on the case and in each other's hearts. And once they get a little taste of Southern comfort, anything can happen!

    1. Tell me about it!!! :) though most of the ones I cleared off were doubles. I still need to go through and just get rid of the ones I dont think I'll read.

      Delete
    2. that's one advantage to have difficulties to get books....the double are nearly no existent( or done on purpose)

      Delete
    3. I don't have many doubles but I have so many books that I need the space. lol! There are some books that while good, I probably won't want to read them again. I decided to get rid of some of those. :-)

    4. Most of the doubles I have are from my aunt. She gives me her books when shes done. She says if I have them sell them or do what I want with them. I only have a few doubles that I havent found from before I started writing down what I owned.

    2. I went through a phase where I bought all of her books that I could find. I'll have to see what she has written since then.

I have sooo many authors whos books I like to read that I unfortunately lose track of them from time to time.

    3. ^^ i think that's teh same for each of us.... it's even worse for me for those who are in ebook only and are on my list to <wait until print since it can takes years i forget to check that notebook

    4. I am the same way. I have a wishlist with books that are kindle format only. I keep waiting for them to either lower their price or be available in print. Most of those are shifter books and they never seem to change. :-( I don't check it all that much because it seems useless.

    5. that's it!! checking too often make it become depressing^^ but we do have found some great discoveries to make it for it.

or if one is really really tempting you could offer the author to make a review of it in exchange for a copy

    6. I always feel guilty asking. Then I feel like I need to rush through reading it so that I can post it quickly. Also I feel obligated to give it a good review even if I don't like it. I wouldn't do that and so I prefer not to put myself in that position.

      Delete
    7. i understand that... i did ask a few time but then i precise that i can't guaranty a positive review but that i will be honest ( also i precise if i won't be able to review it soon) so the author know what to expect and so far it worked. and even if i didn't like teh book ( which hasn't happened yet, i did lovbe some less that what i expected but still enjoyed them) i wrote it but also i said that i had contact with teh author because that's also important

Generally they don't pressure you for a quick post so if you really are interested in a book asking them it's also telling them that and they could appreciate

( but yes it's better to be truthful and i can understand your reasonning don't worry ^^ we love you as you are^^)

    8. I would feel weird too asking to review something. I know with just the few people asking me I always feel all this pressure. I have to tell most of them now that I cant garauntee when I will get to them.

      Delete
    9. ..i asked about 2 or 3 times only ( thus why you will see more review from book for angie derek)

i try not to be too shy and i stay polite i mean the worse they could do is to refuse and put me on black list.... since i'm not on in list a lot it wouldn't change anything^^
