Blogoversary Celebration Day One ~ my firsts!




Hello Friends! :D Welcome to Day One of my Blogoversary Celebration.

I'm sooo glad that you are here to celebrate with me as we count down the days to my baby Blog's 1st Birthday on the 29th!

I'm going to be having giveaways from now until the new year! :D Be sure to stop back each day and enter.

The same rules as always will apply! You must be a follower who is over the age of 13. You may enter as long as The Book Depository ships to you. Some of the giveaways will be for ebooks and giftcards. Make sure that you can use them before you enter!

The winner will receive an email from me and have 48 hours to respond.

Because today is the first day of the celebration, I thought I would share some of my firsts with you.

People please! This is a relatively clean blog. Get your minds out of the gutter!  I was referring to my first blog experiences.

I had no idea what I was doing! I'm still confused sometimes. lol! I started out calling my blog Book Crazy. I thought that Blogger wouldn't let you take a name if it was already taken, right? Wrong!

I ended up changing the name to Crazy Four Books. It also matched my Twitter name and the blog url. I thought that worked out rather well! :D

It took quite awhile to work up to the number of followers that I have now! I think I had seven for almost a month. lol! I was so excited each time that one more person signed up.

My first encouraging comment and offer to help came from Jen from My Life With Books. She helped me so much. I can't express how grateful I was and still am!

My first author interaction was with C.K. Bryant. She was wonderful and she followed me too! :D The whole group of Indie authors over at the Indelibles are all wonderful!

    I am horrible at deciding plus excitingly I know I have a bunch of these. I THINK I would pick Anew however. I promise I will have an answer if I win though!
