Out of all the books you've written, if you could live in one of them which would it be and why?
Being Jamie Baker! Because having superpowers would be awesome.
What part of writing do you find the most challenging? most enjoyable? The most challenging is finding the time to write.
With four small children I am a mommy first, writer second. Basically I sacrifice my sleep in order to write. The most enjoyable is being able to tell my stories. My brain in an idea factory and I love being able to turn those jumbled thoughts into entire adventures.
Eggnog or hot chocolate?
Ooh, that’s tough. Probably eggnog unless I’m cold. Then it’s hot chocolate with extra cocoa and lots of marshmallows.
What book should under No circumstances ever be made into a movie?
I would have said the Mortal Instruments because how could they possibly cast Jace Wayland and do him justice??? (But I’ll still be first in line to buy tickets when it comes out.)
What is your favorite holiday?
Christmas, with Halloween a close second.
Quiet or loud?
Quiet, except when listening to music in the car. Then it’s obnoxiously loud.
Which new release are you most looking forward to reading?
Hmm… Where do I start? Diety and Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout, Finale by Becca Fitzpatrick, Goddess by Angelini Joshepine, Chosen at Nightfall by C.C. Hunter, Sweet Peril by Wendy Higgins… The list could go on and on…
Favorite T. V. show? celebrity?
My all-time favorite tv show is Firefly. Cancelling it was a crime! I also love Supernatrual (the early seasons), Psych, and Community.
What is your favorite or least favorite veggie and fruit?
Favorite would be broccoli and raspberries. Least would be onions. Ick. Though, technically those aren’t a fruit or a veggie. They’re a bulb. But whatever, they’re nasty.
How do you prefer to communicate ( in person, texting, email, or phone)?
I am very much an e-mail person. And if I couldn’t do that I would rather visit in person than have to use a phone—either talking or texting.
What do you think Santa will leave under the tree for you?
Theater tickets. (I already got ‘em! I’m going to see Beauty and the Beast! So excited!)
Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.

After days of ridicule from her peers, Val starts a school-wide campaign to rally support for her cause. She meant to make a statement, but she never dreamed the entire nation would get caught up in the controversy.
As if becoming nationally recognized as “Virgin Val” isn’t enough, Val’s already hectic life starts to spin wildly out of control when bad boy Kyle Hamilton, lead singer for the hit rock band Tralse, decides to take her abstinence as a personal challenge.
How can a girl stay true to herself when this year’s Sexiest Man Alive is doing everything in his power to win her over?

My Thoughts:
I Loved this book!!!! I could not put it down. The words flowed easily from chapter to chapter. This book is a great read for adults and teens alike. I loved the message that it sends, I whole heartedly agree. :D
I loved the characters especially Val. I thought her banter with Kyle was too funny at times.
The plot had a lot to offer. There was witty banter, a Virgin with attitude, some typical men, romance, musicians, some unexpected occurrences and a great overall message.
I recommend this to every girl who likes to read. Guys could learn a thing or two from reading it also! This is one book that no one should miss!
I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for my honest opinion.
