My Thoughts:

What a great mix of stories! Most of these authors were new to me. I am very happy that I had a chance to read this. :D

As with all anthologies, some of the stories were quite short and others were a little longer.Some were sexier than others and some had a tad more suspense or a little more action.

Overall, this was a great mix and I enjoyed them all even though I did have favorites that I liked more than the others.

My favorites (in no certain order) were:

Guarded Hearts, (The Royal Guard) by: Bryce Evans, PRINCE OF VEZUL: TALLEN Royalty of Vezul Series, Volume 1 by C.A. Tibbitts,  Phoebe: A 'Not-So' Phoenix Love Story by Julia Mills, and Purple Sage The Wedding Joann H. Buchanan.

This is a great set at a great price. You are sure to enjoy most of these book if not all. Grab yours today!

“I don’t like what you do to me, Miranda.” He speaks in almost a growl as he grips onto a fist of my hair.

He rips my head back and I’m restricted in this position. My heart is in my throat and my knees shake involuntarily.

AUTHOR BIO

TJ Hamilton is a former New South Wales Police Officer who worked in various areas of policing around inner city Sydney. She also holds a degree in Criminology through Griffith University. Her love of crime and mystery started at an early age after she read her first Agatha Christie novel at the age of nine. Her fascination with the darker side of life came from living with a high-class escort when she first moved to Sydney in her early twenties. She developed a close understanding of these ‘ladies of the night’ over the years and loved the stories they told, most of whom she has still remained friends with to this day. TJ writes about her first love, the city of Sydney, and the wonderful places around this fabulous location. Her attachment to fashion is also present within her stories, thanks to her handsome Husband and his successful international modelling career. Writing came after leaving the Police Force when she was pregnant with her daughter, she sat down one day and started typing and has not stopped since. Nowadays TJ lives a quiet life in the tropics as a devoted mother and wife who loves her kitty-cats, far from the gun-slinging and criminal-catching days of the past. My Thoughts:

First, let me tell you that when I was checking the purchase links, I found out that Buying Thyme was FREE on Amazon US. Double check the price before you purchase it though as prices change quickly and without notice.

I had the opportunity to read all three books in this trilogy. I would strongly advise reading the books in order. I didn't get the chance to read You Can Call Me Miranda, the prequel.

Buying Thyme is the first book and in it we meet Miranda, a high class escort. She is good at her job and is in high demand. She has quite a few men that seek her attentions. She is torn between two in particular.

There was a lot of sexy scenes. In her line of work that should be an obvious deduction, right? There was also some suspense, danger, action, and a non consensual sex scene too. I figured that I'd mention it so that you could be prepared.

I was on an emotional roller coaster ride throughout the pages of this book.

Making Thyme is the second book in the trilogy. It picks up a few months from where book one left off. She makes a change in her profession and goes from escort to espionage. Miranda becomes Mia.

This book is even more action packed than the first. It also had more romance, suspense, twists, turns, and surprises.

I will warn that there is a major cliff hanger at the end. :-(

The last book is Keeping Thyme. I was very glad that I had access to this book immediately after finishing Making Thyme. This book had all the action and suspense of book two with more decision making on Mia's part. I thought that my emotions were all over the place in the previous books. They were even more chaotic in this one. Wow!

The ending was a happy one!

My conclusion is that this was a well written series full of sexy steam and suspense. I would recommend this series.
